Dispatch Times

I aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 days of receiving them, however please allow up to a week for your order to be dispatched during busier periods such as pride season and Christmas

Orders to the EU may take an extra day or two to be dispatched as I have to purchase postage for these at a post office to limit the chances of customs charges being applied - for more info on customs you can check out my shipping policies

Shipping Times

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you have chosen. Individual times will be displayed with the shipping methods at the checkout, however if you have any further questions about these please feel free to reach out via my contact form or via social media

Please note that Royal Mail advise to wait 10 working days after the due date of a delivery before reaching out to claim for a lost package - you are more than welcome to contact me before this but please be aware that I will not be able to refund or repost any lost items until I have been able to claim the full amount back from Royal Mail

To ensure the comfort and safety of all customers and their parcels, all orders are posted in plain discreet boxes/envelopes with no In Rainbows branding on the outside

All tape, boxes, envelopes and cello bags used to package orders are recyclable, plastic-free and sourced from independent sellers

Occasionally I will recycle packaging such as bubble wrap or plastic mailer bags that have been received by myself or others in my household, however all new packaging that I purchase is recyclable and/or plastic-free

All of my badges are created in-house using E-Badges machines and components

My holographic stickers are printed by Zap! Creatives - feel free to get in touch if you would like a referral discount code for Zap's website!

All of my standard vinyl stickers are created in-house using a Cricut Explore machine and high quality vinyl from Evergreen Goods

My art prints are printed in-house using high quality matt archival paper from Marrutt

Please note that all apparel sales (i.e. t-shirts, hoodies and beanies) are final. These items are made-to-order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded - please be sure to read all specifications and size charts before ordering these items
