Shipping policy

Please read the below shipping terms carefully before ordering through my website.

Dispatch Time 

I aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 days of receiving them, however please allow up to a week for your order to be dispatched during busier periods such as pride season and Christmas.

If the shop is experiencing any delays with dispatch times these will be noted in the announcement banner on my homepage and on social media.

UK Shipping

As I am based in Northern Ireland, all UK orders are charged at a domestic shipping rate.

Please note that second class postage is not tracked - all available tracked postage options will be marked as such when you are checking out.

EU Shipping & Customs (including Republic of Ireland)

Customers in EU countries should NOT be charged customs on parcels sent from Northern Ireland - if you are based in the EU and have been asked to pay customs on your In Rainbows order you should:

1. Pay the charges if you are able to so that you can claim your parcel and prevent it being returned to me - if you are not in a position to pay the charges please feel free to reach out to me via email or social media and I will do what I can to help!
2. Once the charges have been paid and you have received your parcel, please take photos of the attached labels and any correspondence you have had with the customs department
3. If you have not already done so, reach out to me via email or social media so that we can resolve the issue with the customs department and have the fees reimbursed to you!

 

Non-EU Shipping & Customs

Any customs charges incurred on parcels entering non-EU countries are the responsibility of the buyer - I make sure to fill out my customs forms as accurately as possible but once the parcels have entered the delivery network they are completely out of my hands
